■Four 50-200kg drums can be placed on the pallet at the same time, manually align the barrel mouth with filling nozzle for filling one by one, to avoid the trouble of barrels stacked on the pallet after single barrel filling;
■Entire system using explosion-proof standard manufacturing, Explosion-proof grade: EXdiaIIBT4;
■The weighing display control instrument and the load cell have the explosion-proof certification;
■The filling nozzle is mounted on a special device, and the manual handle can stretch and rotate the bucket freely;
■Filling nozzle applies with plug-in perfusion to avoid material slops onto the drum and affects packing;
■Two-stage & fast and small feed automatic filling models are adopted to improve the accuracy;
■At the same time when filling starts, the system will automatically perform the tare function to clear the weight on the weighing table;
■When it reaches to the filling amount of single, nozzles automatically lifts for next start;
■After the filling is completed, just manually remove the drum out of the weighing table;
■In case of emergency, pressing emergency stop button to stop this filling;
■When the filling nozzle is outside of the barrel without inserted into the drum, filling lance will automaticly lift, do not filling;
■Unique drip-proof device to avoid material drops onto drum then affects package and roller;
■After filling is completed, just push the whole pallet out of the weighing table manually;
■Using one-button operation: start up - filling nozzle lowers - auto tare- filling - filling ends - filling nozzle lifts
