The four-head automatic stacker filling machine is widely used in chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.It is suitable for 200L pail pack quantitive filling of non-foaming liquid.

■Unique design of filling device is easy to operate, filling fast, accurately, and minimizes the leakage of residual liquid at the end of perfusion.
■During operation, the operator first places the empty drum at the empty drum area, presses the start button, and the empty drum will be automatically transferred to the corresponding filling platform. The system automatically rotates the drum to capture the bunghole. When the bunghole is aligned with the filling nozzle, the filling nozzle will be automatically inserted into the drum, and the empty drum will be automatically tare out.
■Then open the filling valve and start accurately double-speed filling. The filling ends, antiseptic filling nozzle automatically lifts outside of drum,and anti-drip tray automatically connected to the bottom of the filling nozzle.
■When all the 4 drums are filled, the conveyor will automatically start to transfer the pail pack to the lower drum area to screw the cover. After the screw cover is finished, push it to the drum divider to automatically separate the drums and then the upper transplanting machine will automatically stacking. When the stacking is finished, the tray will be automatically transfered to the lower tray station and the forklift will be forked away, then the process is completed.
