The working process of liquid filling machine "rocker type"
Working process:
A. The operator moves the pallet and empty barrel onto the empty barrel conveyor, presses the button of [feeding barrel], and the conveyor will automatically send the pallet to the scale platform, and push the rocker arm to make the filling nozzle directly above the barrel hole;
B. The operator presses the [Start] button;
C. The filling nozzle is automatically inserted into the barrel and auto tare. The ball valve and filling nozzle bottom valve are opened for fast filling.The filling speed diminish when weight reach the little value. Two valves fully close when the weight reaches the target amount. The filling valve gets outside of drum and drip collecting. Error detection and display；The process will end until four drums are full.
D. The operator presses the button [out of barrel], and the conveyor will automatically send the heavy barrel pallet to the pound table. Forklift down barrel;
E. Repeat the A-D steps for continuous filling.
